Project Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating projects, as well as providing policy advice related to security and emergency management issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on security and emergency management policies, procedures and best practices.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to inform project decisions and evaluations.
- Communicate effectively with various audiences, including government agencies, community groups and the public.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, public administration, emergency management).
- Proven experience in project management, policy development and implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with government policies and procedures, particularly in relation to security and emergency management.
- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
