As part of our high-performing Development team, this role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful projects in some of Australia's most iconic regional locations.
Whether you have construction experience or are looking to apply your project management skills in the dynamic tourism industry, this is a rare chance to do meaningful work with tangible outcomes.
- Manage a portfolio of development projects across greenfield ($10–$40M) and infill ($1–$5M) categories.
- Drive projects from concept through to completion—including consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement, planning approvals, and site delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement across project systems and guidelines.
- Monitor consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure cost-effective and timely outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk throughout the lifecycle of each build.
- Partner with operations teams to plan and communicate staging updates.
- Apply customer insights, environmental considerations, and ESG priorities into every project decision.
- Regular travel to project sites (intra and interstate).
Key responsibilities include:
- Cost estimation and budget management
- Design and engineering coordination
- Project programming and scheduling
- Approvals and contract administration
- Procurement and site management
- Stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
- WHS and environmental compliance
Performance measures include:
- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Maintaining project scope and quality standards
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in construction or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project or construction management
- Proven ability to lead complex construction projects
- Strong capability in cost estimation and budget management, design and engineering coordination, and project programming and scheduling
