In this position, you will report directly to the Field Service Supervisor and will be essential in providing support to the Field Service team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Organize and schedule service tasks for field and workshop technicians, collaborating closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.
  • Communicate with clients to set up service appointments and provide updates on project status.
  • Ensure prompt and precise processing of service orders, including necessary documentation and billing.
  • Oversee and manage work order statuses to guarantee timely completion and delivery.
  • Assist in drafting service quotations and estimates.
  • Maintain thorough records of service activities, parts, and labor.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of essential components for service tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Support ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes.
Job Details:
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Casual ongoing position
  • Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Weekly pay cycle
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity or in ad-hoc administration.
  • Familiarity with CAT parts and services is advantageous.
  • A collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
