Business Partner for Human Resources

Career Area: Human Resources and Organization Development

This is a vital role where you will work closely with senior management to identify, prioritize, and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Align HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics.
  • Effective influencing tactics and strategies.
  • Data gathering and reporting skills.
  • Employee relations knowledge.

This role will report to the HR Manager based in the US. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative leader who can drive business outcomes through HR initiatives.
