The Role

This rapidly expanding enterprise seeks an ambitious operations manager to oversee the implementation of the mutually agreed operations calendar and set targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure high-standard animal husbandry
- Liaise with contractors for timely and proper tasks such as shearing, trucking, scanning, and crutching.
- Maximise stock health and performance
- Attend seasonal stocking rates
- Maintain strong record-keeping
- Participate in field days for industry development
- Aid in budgeting and contributing to farm policy
- Foster a positive team atmosphere
