Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee daily operations, make strategic decisions, and ensure the smooth running of our mixed farming enterprise in South Australia.

About the Role:
  • Crop management: Seeding, spraying, spreading, and harvesting of commercial and fodder crops
  • Farming operations: Planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating, and performing as per farm plan
  • Maintenance of machinery (basic)
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep
  • Water and fence maintenance
  • Animal care and husbandry practices
  • Pasture monitoring and management
  • Record-keeping and reporting on farm activities
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in management or assistant roles
  • Chemcert accreditation for responsible chemical handling
Working Conditions:

Standard working hours with weekend availability during peak seasons

Work location: Our farm in South Australia
