Job Opportunity in Sustainable Agriculture

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead our operation in Sydney Farms & Pastoral. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and sustainable practices across the business.

The Role

We are seeking a leader who can provide strategic direction and oversight across our farms in the productive southwestern suburbs of Sydney. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainable agriculture and experience in managing teams and beef cattle enterprises.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the CEO to develop and implement plans for growth objectives, overseeing activities related to production and provision of services, motivating and managing other team members, reviewing and maximising efficiency, and managing operational risks.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years pastoral experience in agriculture and management of teams
  • Beef cattle enterprise experience essential
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products with results-orientated solutions
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Previous experience using agricultural software and computers
