Reliability Engineer - Lead Scaling and Performance

We're seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to spearhead the scaling of our infrastructure, observability, and performance across the business. This high-trust, high-impact role requires a sharp individual who can reimagine how people connect.

As a lead in this position, you'll own and evolve SRE architecture and roadmap, from CI/CD to incident response. You'll design scalable, fault-tolerant systems across cloud infrastructure and define, measure, and enforce Service Level Objectives, Service Level Agreements, and error budgets organization-wide.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SRE architecture and roadmap, focusing on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering and product leads to embed reliability across teams and drive technical initiatives.
  • Lead major technical initiatives, incident reviews, and tooling investments to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to internal education to elevate on-call culture and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years in SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles in high-scale environments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, distributed systems, and automation.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives and cross-functional projects, driving results-oriented change.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to teach and build alignment among stakeholders.
  • Bias toward action, clarity, and long-term thinking, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
