Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to join our team. As a senior engineer, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our data platform and directly contribute to how we measure patient engagement, clinic success, and platform growth.

  • About the Role:
  • Design, build, and manage data pipelines that ensure critical product and operational data is reliably integrated into our data platform
  • Develop and maintain canonical datasets that enable business teams to track key metrics such as patient engagement, clinic growth, and platform usage
  • Work closely with engineering, product, growth, and finance teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions
  • Implement robust and fault-tolerant systems for data ingestion, transformation, and monitoring
  • Participate in architectural and engineering decisions that shape the evolution of our data platform
  • Uphold strong standards for data security, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Contribute to a culture of learning and high-quality engineering by mentoring others and sharing best practices
