Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Channel Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, marketing, and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and territory management within a technical consumer durable channel.
  • 3 years of sales team management experience.
  • Ambitious, self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of the market and competitors' products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all business parties (both internal and external).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize complex objectives, and meet tight timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and hands-on approach.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
