**Job Title:** Director of Client Engagement

Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating client relationships and driving business growth through strategic engagement and innovative solutions.

You will work closely with internal business leaders and doer-sellers to identify opportunities and develop tailored approaches to meet client needs.

Your expertise in business development and pursuit management will be crucial in guiding Hatch teams towards successful wins and repeat business.

You will also be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to Account Managers on account plan development and implementation, as well as facilitating company-wide sales training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in an Account Manager or Business Development Manager role.

A bachelor's degree or post-grad in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is required, along with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence from the side.
