An 8:6 roster provides a regular rhythm - focused work periods followed by extended time at home.

  • Conduct regular inspections, monitoring, and testing of underground workplaces with experienced personnel who'll share their knowledge.
  • Develop expertise in the effective use of Ventilation on Demand (VoD) systems.
  • Use advanced planning software with comprehensive training provided.
  • Lead improvement projects - we genuinely want to hear your ideas and observations.
  • Build skills with underground environmental hygiene checks and surveys for temperature, gas, dust, air flows, and other contaminants - we'll provide training and mentorship.
