Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist
As a Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our facilities. This position requires strong technical skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure systems are running efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must have a US TS / SCI Clearance w / Poly, or an Australian PV clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a heating and air conditioning technician.
  • Must have a Journeyman HVAC License, or Australian equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award. The role will be located in Alice Springs at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
