Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to lead our assurance initiatives and drive improvement in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results.
  • Lead internal auditing activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of audit findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., quality management, engineering, science).
  • Lead Auditor qualification and experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality management, auditing, and compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar industry or construction organization.
