Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Compensation Analyst.

This position will involve partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure that our compensation programs are competitive and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze pay structures and job evaluations.
  • Support the design, modeling, and implementation of base pay, incentive, and equity programs.
  • Prepare materials for executive leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compensation consulting on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation; manufacturing or publicly traded company background preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation survey tools.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation and equity programs is beneficial.
