Senior Freight Forwarder
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced freight forwarder to manage and optimize our end-to-end import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding, with proven capability in operational excellence and client relationship management.
This role involves coordinating high-volume and/or high-value shipments with carriers, customs brokers, trucking partners, and internal teams to meet strict timelines. Proactive tracking and monitoring of cargo movement, anticipating disruptions, and implementing solutions to ensure seamless delivery are key responsibilities.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and approving all necessary documentation for customs clearance, ensuring full adherence to customs regulations, international trade laws, and internal compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or global supply chain operations
- Extensive hands-on experience with both ocean and air import/export processes, including customs brokerage coordination
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex logistics operations and provide client-facing support at a senior level
