About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our day shift operations team at Stratco's Broome manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture goods to meet customer requirements, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time.
- Loading and unloading goods in a dispatch and warehouse environment, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Operating various production equipment, such as roll formers and pressing machines, with provided training.
- Maintaining general housekeeping activities, adhering to Stratco's safety policies and procedures.
- Participating in toolbox and team meetings to ensure open communication and collaboration.
- Receiving training on specific plant and equipment usage.

- Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Commitment to producing quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Possession of excellent communication skills to provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm to drive success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- FLT driving experience is highly valued for efficiently managing inventory and supplies.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills to effectively manage data and perform tasks.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
