At Stratco, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fabrication Specialist to join our operations team based in Broome.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 8-hour Day Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) and Afternoon Shift (3:30pm - 11:36pm) with overtime optional.

As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for manufacturing goods to customers' requirements using mild steel and silicone bronze.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $73,150 - $80,000 per annum based on relevant skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of high-quality work standards
  • Adherence to safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaboration with team members and other departments
  • Participation in training sessions for plant and equipment operation

About You:

  • Essential - At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
  • Essential - AQF Certificate III Engineering (Fabrication)
  • Desirable - Welding experience with mild steel and galvanized products
