Job Overview

  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success.
  • Effectively allocate resources and manage budgets to support team objectives.

Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Mine Operations, preferably mine development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
  • Demonstrated versatility and strong coordinating skills.
  • A high level of strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Schedule 26 - Statutory Supervisor accreditation or willingness to complete it.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position or similar industry experience.
