Senior Mine Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at a senior level. As a key role in shaping the future of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mine operations, demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams, and strong coordinating skills. A high level of strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills is essential.
This position plays a crucial role in fostering a strong safety culture within the mining team and supports the development team. Key responsibilities include providing strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to your team, driving continuous improvement using lean methodologies, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Additional requirements include holding or being willing to complete Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor accreditation, with the employer providing support in obtaining accreditation.
