About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our regional asset management team as a modelling manager. You will be responsible for managing projects during the modelling phase and advising on asset data and modelling standards for As-Built modelling projects.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work with our BIM Management & Reality Capture teams to deliver Scan2BIM models, managing modelling resources and QA/workflow aspects of the deliverables.
  • Be an advocate for BIM/Digital Assets, delivering presentations and workshops to clients and assisting in winning projects with a focus on Digital Twin/Digital Asset Management.
  • Plan and oversee digital and software development projects related to BIM/Scan2BIM/Data.
  • Provide training, evaluate, develop, and mentor staff to upskill modelling, coordination, and use of data effectively.

What we're looking for

  • A tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience.
  • Membership of professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
  • A proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines, including Arup's procedures.
  • The ability to collaborate and think outside the square to solve problems.
  • A commitment to enabling positive, respectful, and inclusive team environments.
