As a Regional Asset and Scan2BIM Leader, you will manage projects during the modelling phase, advise on asset data and modelling standards, and oversee digital and software development projects. You will report to the Australasian Regional Digital Leader.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the BIM Management & Reality Capture teams to deliver Scan2BIM models, managing modelling resources and QA/workflow aspects.
  • Advocate for BIM/Digital Assets delivered by as-built models with clients through presentations and workshops.
  • Plan and oversee digital and software development projects relating to BIM/Scan2BIM/Data.
  • Provide training, evaluate, develop, and mentor staff to upskill modelling, coordination, and use data effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
  • Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and guidelines - and Arup's related procedures including OH&S.
  • Ability to collaborate and think outside the square to solve problems.
  • A commitment to enabling positive, respectful, and inclusive team environments.
