Job Title: Research Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support an ARC funded project focused on developing a model of sustainable work to enable long working lives. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research, collaborate with a talented team, and enhance their skills in data analysis and project management.

About the Role:

  • To be considered for this position, you will have a PhD in a relevant discipline, such as psychology, ergonomics and human factors, or public health.
  • You will have evidence of experience in research and evaluation, and the ability to work effectively under limited supervision or independently.
  • A record of publications, conference papers and/or reports is also required.
  • You will have experience in the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, lead write up and all stages of research process.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to interact effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in a cooperative and collegial manner is also required.
  • Relevant research software expertise, such as Stata, NVivo, EndNote etc., is desirable.
