Workforce Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and has exceptional time management and organizational skills.

This role will play a crucial part in ensuring resourcing and capacity are in place to deliver services to our customers. You will work closely with the leadership team to support workforce planning, liaise with stakeholders and employees to book meetings and maintain accurate records.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of workforce plans to meet business needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and employees to book face-to-face meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, appointments and employee availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

About You

  • Advanced competency in the use of Microsoft's Word, Excel and Outlook computer programs.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to direct and prioritize your responsibilities and workflow.
  • Customer Service and/or Office experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
