Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Craft high-quality drinks and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.
  • Manage bar inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Upsell and suggest sell to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia and a valid visa (if required).
