Bar Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues
• Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area, restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
• Upsell and suggest drinks to customers, promoting our menu and increasing sales

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Eligibility to work in Australia
