**Job Title:** Indigenous Community Program Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indigenous Community Program Manager to join our team at Workstars. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering community programs that promote social justice and equality for Indigenous Australians.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate community programs that align with our organization's mission and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including Indigenous leaders and organizations.
- Provide supervision and support to community program staff.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Human Services Quality Framework Standards and the Practice Standards for Working with Women Affected by Domestic and Family Violence.
**Requirements:**
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
- Qualifications and experience in community services, including program management and community development.
- Sound knowledge of Indigenous cultures and communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
