You'll also work closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit. From delivering training and promoting inclusive hiring practices to keeping accurate records and driving engagement through proactive networking, this is a role where your relationship-building skills and passion for making a difference will have real impact.

• Career Opportunity Creation: Source and create sustainable job opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable roles.
• Inclusive Employment Champion: Promote workplace diversity and inclusion, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Employer Engagement: Collaborate with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
• Work Experience Brokerage: Facilitate work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
• Workplace Adjustment Specialist: Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
• Disability Awareness Trainer: Deliver training to boost disability awareness and inclusion among employers.
• Network Builder: Establish relationships with employers and community networks to create job opportunities.
• Breakthru Ambassador: Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
• Performance Achiever: Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

To succeed in this role, you'll need empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a positive impact. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you'll be confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into fulfilling careers.

• Qualifications: Qualifications in employment or human services are desirable.
• Outcome Focus: Proven ability to meet key performance indicators and manage workload effectively.
• Understanding of Employment Barriers: Strong understanding of the employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
• Skill Development: Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Licence: A current driver's license is essential.
