About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Implementation Specialist to join our team at Newy Tech People. As a key member of our Insurance Tech scale-up, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to understand and translate their business requirements into innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Work alongside a team of developers and account managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Lead client-facing discussions, provide ongoing support, and conduct configuration adjustments to meet evolving client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, product implementation, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles, particularly in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
  • Basic coding or data knowledge and experience with system integrations are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with insurance and financial regulations is a major plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely with high levels of autonomy.
