Key Role Overview

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead our showroom operations in Chatswood, driving sales and growth while fostering a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to motivate and mentor their team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead daily showroom meetings to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage store sales operations to maximise turnover and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Effectively manage the sales team to achieve business objectives, providing ongoing product training and coaching.
  • Communicate effectively with all showroom employees regarding rosters, leave requirements, and peak periods.
About You
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role managing a premium brand.
  • You are customer-focused and have a strong mentoring and coaching style.
  • Demonstrated leadership in organising and managing a team, performance management, selling skills, visual merchandising, and IT systems.
  • Ability to understand and implement operational routines and resolve complex issues.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
