You'll lead and support a dynamic local team, build lasting client relationships, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment that reflects ABI's commitment to excellence.What You Will Be DoingFoster a strong commitment to ABI Interiors' mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.Leading and developing a passionate team to create a supportive, high-performing environment.Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with our design ethos.Overseeing showroom and site operations, including inventory accuracy, warehouse logistics, and visual merchandising.Providing expert design consultations, preparing tailored presentations and quotes for our customers.Managing stock levels, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day efficiency.Building lasting customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor throughout their journey.Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for growth, and implementing improvement plans.Preparing monthly reports on sales, leads, customer retention, and conversion, and adjusting strategies to achieve targets.Representing the brand at meetings, industry events, and marketing initiatives to strengthen our presence.Oversee all aspects of the showroom, facilities, warehouse, and after-sales operations to ensure a seamless customer journey and exceptional employee experience.About YouProven leadership skills in a luxury retail or showroom environment.Confidently engage in proactive and professional collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrate strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and a strong customer-first approach while optimising workflow and business outcomes.Bestow a positive, proactive attitude combined with a commitment to continuous learning and curiosity.Work well independently with a willingness to take initiative.Embody a positive teamwork outlook and collaborative attitude.Be available to work across 7 days in various locations as required to maximise the ABI experience.What We Can Offer YouAccess to ongoing professional development, additional training, and support.Opportunities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Positive team culture.Generous company perks.Focus on work life balance and personal wellbeing.If this opportunity feels like the right fit for you, we encourage you to apply with your resume and cover letter, highlighting how you can contribute to our team and culture.About ABI InteriorsABI Interiors is an Australian family business that was established in 2016 after recognising a gap in the market for high-quality, coloured architectural hardware.Today, we pride ourselves on designing and developing a comprehensive range of everyday-use products.
