Job Description

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to arrange and approve value-added services (VAS) for our customers.

  • Organizing transport based on customer promises and lowest costs.
  • Coordinating with customers on specific pick-up/drop-off locations and times.
  • Facilitating permits and documents for customs.
  • Arranging other VAS such as fumigation, stuffing, certificate of origin, etc.
  • Performing all communication with vendors (excluding carriers).
  • Updating system statuses and uploading documents related to KN services.
  • Attending to Dangerous Goods approvals.
Your Skills and Experiences

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role (highly preferred).
  • An understanding of local markets and regulations within the industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Prior exposure to balancing stakeholders and managing conflict.
