Role Overview
We're a national leader in luxury living, developing resort communities across Australia that are known for quality, innovation, and lifestyle appeal.
Our construction arm delivers high-end commercial facilities with precision and pride. We're seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager to manage the delivery of architecturally designed clubhouse and resort facility builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end site delivery of commercial facilities
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
- Work closely with internal teams to bring resort precincts to life
- Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works
- Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections
Requirements:
- Hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience
- Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings highly regarded
- Solid understanding of building codes, workplace health and safety, and relevant regulations
