Job Title: Child Care Director

This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and be part of a passionate team. The role involves the day-to-day management and organisation of the Centre, including the provision of a high-quality program of care and education for children.

As Child Care Director, you will be responsible for supervising and developing centre educators and workers to maintain the effective function of the service. You will work closely with the team to create a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised university degree or diploma in early childhood education, as well as relevant experience and qualifications in child care. A working with children check number and national police check clearance are also required.

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the council's enterprise agreement. This includes a 35-hour working week, rostered day off every fortnight, and employee benefits such as leave entitlements and superannuation contributions.

Responsibilities:
