Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Child Care Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our esteemed centre. As Director, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality program of care and education that meets the evolving needs of our young clients.

About You
  • You hold a recognised University Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and possess excellent leadership skills.
  • With a minimum of two years' experience in a child care setting as an Authorised/Nominated Supervisor, you have a deep understanding of the sector's best practices.
  • As a committed professional, you remain up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies that govern our industry.
Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain the high standard of our childcare services.
  2. Serve as a role model by demonstrating a commitment to excellence in your daily work.
  3. Collaborate with educators and workers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
  • A current class C driver's licence.
  • Working With Children Check Number.
  • Clearance of National Police Check.
