Chief Child Care Administrator

This leadership role oversees the daily operations and management of a Child Care Centre, delivering high-quality care and education for children.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage centre operations, supervise staff, and promote their development.
- Develop and implement engaging programmes to meet the needs of children.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including the national quality framework.
- A recognised University Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Completion of a Child Protection Course and first aid certification.
- Meet requirements for Authorised/Nominated Supervisor as listed in the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Minimum two years' experience in a child care field as an Authorised/Nominated Supervisor.
- A 35-hour working week.
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight.
