**Loan Processing Opportunity**

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, following up on supporting documents, lodging loans, and ensuring timely settlement.

We are seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for processing loan applications, maintaining accurate records, and developing strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process loan applications from initial contact through to settlement, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, adhering to relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • 3+ years experience in Loan Processing, preferably in a commercial lending environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • The capacity to work within a high-volume and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
