We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our portfolio management efforts in Regional Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a business leader with experience in managing complex portfolios and building strong relationships with clients.

The role involves collaborating closely with the National Regional Leadership Team and Bankers on proactive management and early identification of high-risk files. You will also work closely with the Relationship, Credit Risk & Asset Management teams to undertake credit assessment and regular monitoring in support of our business lending initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in Regional and/or Agribusiness banking, asset management, and/or turnaround/insolvency experience. Strong financial analysis and credit writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex portfolios of clients across Regional Australia
  • Collaborate with the National Regional Leadership Team to identify business opportunities and drive growth
  • Work closely with the Relationship, Credit Risk & Asset Management teams to assess client creditworthiness and manage risk

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Regional and/or Agribusiness banking, asset management, and/or turnaround/insolvency experience
  • Strong financial analysis and credit writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
