Job Summary

A fast-paced role in a dynamic, diverse and future-focused environment. As a strategic Business Partner, you will support field operations and warehouse workforce of 2000+ casual employees.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of managing a large, dispersed casual workforce and shape a high-performance culture.

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategic people initiatives.
  • Be a trusted advisor for managers and leaders by developing a deep understanding of ways of working, challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage complex Employee Relations/Industrial Relations matters including grievances, investigations, performance management and terminations ensuring compliance, risk mitigation with empathy and fairness.
  • Drive talent initiatives – from succession planning to career pathways & leadership coaching.
  • Promote a high-performance culture through smart HR policies & practices.
  • Use data & insights to inform strategic HR decisions.
