Job Description

This is a high-level executive support role within the Office of the Chief Executive. The successful candidate will provide expert support to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office and the broader Executive team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, managing, and reviewing high-level communications including briefings, reports, submissions, and notes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and coordinating responses to meet critical deadlines.
  • Implementing, monitoring, and reporting on strategic, operational, and project plans to support informed decision-making.
  • Researching and preparing strategic advice and reports on complex policy, planning, and operational matters.
  • Providing proactive issues management and resolution to minimise organisational risk.
  • Leading or contributing to projects aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Developing and refining administrative systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Managing the CEO's diary, events, and inbox, ensuring seamless coordination and prioritisation.
  • Facilitating briefing materials and coordinating the drafting and dispatch of CEO correspondence.
