Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence.
- Mentor and support Site Managers in their leadership roles, facilitating the implementation of annual work plans.
- Travel to SIL homes within your cluster, ensuring safe and supportive environments for clients and staff.
- Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong understanding of NDIS practice standards.
- A robust risk management approach, coupled with the ability to inspire confidence in stakeholders.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, along with an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Regular access to your own car, a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher, and a flexible schedule to support on-call duties.
