Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning team and ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry, with strong organizational and time management skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and leading a team of cleaning staff, including training, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality control.
  • Scheduling and coordinating cleaning activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Inspecting work performed by cleaning staff to ensure it meets established standards and specifications.
  • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitoring and reporting any equipment maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  2. Train and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  3. Monitor and report any equipment maintenance needs, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  4. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures, ensuring that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry.
