In this key role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to students, ensuring that they have access to accurate and timely information about their fees and financial obligations.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and proven experience in student/customer service, with a strong ability to build positive and effective relationships with stakeholders. They will also have advanced computer literacy and experience working with a range of systems and applications.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional results. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
