Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee a shopping centre in Murray Bridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to clients in managing lease and license requirements.
- Maintain accurate tenancy schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare annual income and expenditure budgets.
- Manage bank guarantees and maintain high levels of presentation through regular centre inspections.
- Monitor and address maintenance-related queries and works in a timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with centre occupants, including effective complaint resolution.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the facilities management team.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance centre visibility.
- Manage arrears and provide regular financial reporting.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property management (retail experience essential).
- Relevant education and certification (Agent's Rep or equivalent).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven time management and organisational skills.
- Current driver's license and knowledge of centre operations.
