The role of Centre Manager involves overseeing a shopping centre in Murray Bridge, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe, and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering lease agreements and managing tenancy schedules
- Preparing annual financial plans and budgets
- Managing bank guarantees and conducting regular centre inspections
- Maintaining presentation standards and resolving maintenance queries
- Establishing strong relationships with tenants and providing marketing support
- Providing capital expenditure recommendations and managing arrears
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Property industry (Retail management essential)
- Relevant education and Certificate of Registration/Agent's Rep
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach
- Proven time management and organisational skills
