Murray Bridge Shopping Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the operations of a shopping centre in Murray Bridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe and an inviting destination for customers.
The Centre Manager will provide support to the client in administering the requirements of leases and licenses, managing tenancy schedules, assisting in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets, and managing bank guarantees. They will also conduct regular centre inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation, monitor and follow up on any maintenance related queries and works, establish strong relationships with occupiers, and provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to clients regarding lease and license agreements
- Manage tenancy schedules and maintain accurate records
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Oversee centre maintenance and repairs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers and occupiers
- Provide marketing and promotional activity support
- Manage arrears and debt recovery
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property management or a related field
- Relevant education and certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
