Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team This role involves providing high-level customer service to a large portfolio of clients via email and phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing timely and effective customer support via various channels
- Managing cases within our CRM system to achieve recommended close-out times and effective resolution for customers
- Communicating promptly with customers regarding order status when required
- Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to their satisfaction
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and administrative environment. They will also require excellent communication skills, prioritization and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (required)
