Customer Service Expert

We manufacture goods that are integral to daily life. Our customer base includes top-tier FMCG, Retail, and Fresh Produce companies.

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone to a large portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage various applications to support customers' order requirements.
  • Manage cases within our CRM system.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding order status.
  • Efficiently handle customer queries.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer service and administration environments.
  • A proven track record in manufacturing/warehousing/FMCG settings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Calmness under pressure.
