Job Description

This role is responsible for providing support to three Technology General Managers in the delivery of key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations.

  • Diary and email management to ensure the GMs are organised and time managed.
  • Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and minute taking.
  • Book flights and accommodation for GMs and direct reports.
  • Reconcile expenses, raise purchase orders, and process invoices.
  • Co-ordinate onboarding for new staff including raising contract requests and IT equipment requests.
  • Act as primary point of contact between General Managers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to GM on all reporting areas of the business.
