We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fruit Portfolio Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of one of our largest fruit categories.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in category management and drive business growth through effective strategy execution, supplier relationships, and market insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of category strategies to achieve sales growth and profitability
  • Managing supplier relationships to negotiate favorable terms and drive category performance
  • Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform category decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute category plans and initiatives

You will be a highly motivated and results-driven professional with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong understanding of category management principles and practices, as well as experience working with suppliers and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

About you and your skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or supply chain management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in category management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving category performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of category management principles and practices
  • Experience working with suppliers and stakeholders to drive business outcomes
